Theresa Landry: Executive Director
Theresa grew up in the Waterloo area, and brings with her many years experience in the Hospitality and Health Industries,
enjoying successful progressive positions after graduating from the George Brown Gerontology and Activation Program. Theresa as the
Executive Director is responsible for the operation of Emmanuel Village.
Nick Cullaton: Executive Chef
Nick comes to us from Conestoga College Chef Program. He brings with him many years of experience in restaurants such as The Charcoal Steakhouse, The Stone Crock and Waterloo Inn. Nick has been with us for over two years prior to taking on the role of Executive Chef. You are sure to enjoy his delicious cuisine.
Barrie Montgomery: Dining Room and Banquet Manager
Barrie has lived in Kitchener her whole life and has been a part of our team for over two and a half years in our dining room. She brings with her over 35 years of experience in the hospitality, restaurant and Customer Service industry. Barrie is responsible for overseeing our dining room service and banquet events. This includes the training of staff and ensuring the dining experience is one you will truly enjoy.
Stephanie Baillie – Director of Care - RN
Stephanie has grown up in the Kitchener area and brings with her over 20 years of nursing experience. She has been working in Long Term Care, Hospital and Retirement settings, while advancing her role from RPN to RN. Stephanie has a passion for working with and helping others, and feels her skills and compassion are best served working with seniors. She enjoys learning as much from them as she gives back.
Aaron Hunking: Marketing and Banquets Director
Mark Carvalho: Environmental Supervisor
Mark has lived in this area his whole life and continues his career as Environmental Supervisor at Emmanuel Village. He brings with him an extensive and well rounded expertise which he acquired over 10 years of growth in the Facilities Management Industry. By joining our team, Mark is responsible for preventative maintenance, grounds keeping as well as overseeing our housekeeping and laundry services team.
Sarah Clark – Activities Director
Sarah attended Conestoga College in Kitchener taking several courses in the Social Services Program. She has lived in KW most of her life, and has 4 years of experience working with seniors at several facilities throughout Kitchener Waterloo. Sarah’s compassion towards others and her fun and exciting approach makes the activities here at Emmanuel Village experiences many will not forget.
